TRUCKLINGO is an illustrated professional language guide in 17 languages intended not only for workers in road freight transport (dispatchers, truck drivers, warehouse workers), but also for all employees of trading and manufacturing companies using road freight transport services.

A practical book for international truck transport helps manage common and critical situations during loading and unloading of goods as well as while driving. It contains clearly arranged thematic chapters, vocabulary, word combinations, phrases, illustrations and pictograms prepared for immediate use in practice.

PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)

Connecta CM s.r.o., with its registered office at Legionárska 35, 911 01 Trenčín, Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

1. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data mainly for the following purposes:

order processing and performance of the purchase contract
communication with the customer
invoicing and accounting agenda
fulfilment of legal obligations
protection against fraudulent activities and misuse

2. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is based on:

performance of a contract (order processing)
fulfilment of legal obligations
legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. fraud prevention)

3. Scope of Processed Data

We process mainly the following data:

identification data (name, surname, address)
contact data (e-mail, phone number)
order and payment data
technical data (IP address, access logs)

4. Provision of Data to Third Parties

Personal data may be provided to:

transport companies (for parcel delivery)
payment service providers
accounting and IT service providers
public authorities if required by law

The controller does not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the consent of the data subject.

5. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data:

for the duration of the contractual relationship
for the period required by legal regulations (e.g. accounting and tax obligations)
for the maximum period necessary to protect the rights of the controller

to access your data
to correct or delete your data
to restrict processing
to data portability
to object to processing
to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Data Security

The controller adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against misuse, loss or unauthorized access.
